Akkodis is seeking a Process Development Engineer for a client in Arden Hills, MN. This is a 12-month contract position in the Medical Device manufacturing sector. Experience in regulated environments and strong documentation practices are preferred.

You will collaborate with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to advance complex projects, perform tests, and prepare specifications and reports. Proficiency with Excel, JMP, and Minitab is valued.

Qualificações

• BS in Materials, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years supplier engineering experience.
• Experience with regulated environments and documentation.
• Six Sigma and test/report preparation experience.

Akkodis is seeking a Process Development Engineer for a client located in Arden Hills, MN. This is a 12-month contract Position. Ideally looking for a candidate with experience in the Medical Device manufacturing Industry

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Works cooperatively with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain on complex projects to ensure project success.
• Consistently generates innovative and unique solutions to meet department goals.
• Successfully completes complex engineering work and contributes to new product development teams and product support, typically including the following activities: test of materials or products, preparation of specifications, Six Sigma, process study, and report preparation.
• Summarizes, analyzes, and draws conclusions from complex test results.
• Designs and prepares complex reports and communicates results to the technical community.
• Designs and coordinates complex engineering tests and experiments.
• Coordinates, manages, and documents project goals and progress and recommends appropriate revisions.
• Assessments the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products, or equipment.
• Leads cross-functional project teams.
• Develops and/or provides work direction to technicians or engineers at key suppliers. Actively manages project and deliverable timelines with those suppliers.

Qualifications

• Supplier Engineer experience: 5 - 8 Years with a BS
• Looking for process support across a wide range of technology specialties. Very documentation focused.
• Strong enough technical aptitude to negotiate procedures and convey tech changes under the guidance of an SME as needed.
• Important that they are conscientious and organized from a project and time management perspective
• Strong evidence of technical documentation, SOPs, regulated environments, technical writing, and cross-functional coordination
• Materials Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Electrical Engineer degrees only.
• Semiconductor and supply chain knowledge.
• Familiarity with Excel, JMP, and Minitab.
