Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in Chemistry or related field (or BS with 3 years lab experience).
• Experience in pharmaceutical/chemical process development is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multistep organic syntheses, isolation, and purification of targeted products.
• Understand modern organic synthesis methodologies and analytical techniques.
• Coordinate project activities and resource usage with minimal supervision.
• Prepare comprehensive internal and customer reports.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and compliance with GMP.
• Assist in advising clients on regulatory guidance with manager input.
