Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of industrial GMP and practical application to Cambrex programs.
• Ability to help identify risks for regulatory compliance or SOP violations.
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and process development.
• Experience with modern analytical and spectroscopic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multistep organic syntheses, isolation and purification of products.
• Understand modern organic synthesis methodologies with minimal supervision.
• Interpret data from analytical techniques and write comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with clients in meetings.
• Assist in advising clients on regulatory guidance with manager review.
• Work with manufacturing and GMP operations to coordinate equipment.
• Maintain safety and adhere to chemical hygiene standards.
• Lead local project teams and drive initiatives.
