DES MOINES AREA REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY (DART) is seeking a Business Process & Data Analyst for a 12-month temporary full-time contract onsite in Des Moines, IA. You will connect enterprise process mapping with practical data analysis and help teams document cross-department workflows.

You’ll run discovery workshops, maintain SOP inventories, improve reporting workflows using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, and ensure data quality for operational reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• Ability to lead interviews/workshops and translate ambiguity into documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and data-oriented thinking.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and automation/visualization tools.

• Run discovery workshops to document current-state processes and cross-department workflows.
• Document responsibilities, system touchpoints, data flows, and downstream consumers.
• Maintain SOP inventories and a SharePoint documentation repository.
