We reward innovation, hard work, and support a culture of sustainability.**Principal Responsibilities*** Meet with existing clients on a regular basis to discuss projects* Be involved in training, and mentoring of staff* Market control engineering services to existing clients* Development and design of control systems* Field troubleshooting of PLC and control devices* Commissioning and start-up of systems* Control Panel Design* PLC/HMI Programming* Development of Bill of Material (BOM) documentation* Other duties as assigned**Required Skills/Abilities*** Must be able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above and have demonstrated leadership traits* Self-starter* Ability to perform quality control checks* Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups* Skill in the use of Microsoft Office programs; Control Systems Architecture/Engineering Design* Networking skills and server installations* Commissioning and start-up experience with control systems* Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC Programming / Factory Talk Development* Proficiency with Wonderware, Siemens PLC / DCS Programming and HMI Development, AutoCAD Electrical* ***This position not eligible for sponsorship*****Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree (Science)* minimum of 5 years of qualifying experience* or* 10 years of experience or equivalent experience**Physical Requirements*** Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds* Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms and grasp or pull* Will have exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises* Ability to work in Industrial settingCompany rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
