Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in industrial controls.
• Experience with ABB DCS, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley control systems.
• Strong project management and capital project experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, industrial networking, and machine safety systems.
• Willingness to work in a hot, humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, configure and optimize control devices for continuous board manufacturing equipment.
• Lead control-system projects from concept through commissioning while ensuring safety and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors and verify compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for process controls.
• Provide training and develop SOPs; maintain documentation and change management records.
