Tate & Lyle, located in Okmulgee, OK, invites applications for a Process Control Engineer. You will join the Project Engineering department to install, maintain, and improve site process controls assets and systems, supporting optimization in capacity, cost, quality, safety and environmental performance.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Chemical), 0–3 years in DCS/PLC, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

The Process Control Engineer, as part of the Project Engineering department at the Tate and Lyle Okmulgee facility, will interface with a diverse team of personnel such as manufacturing plant operations and technical/engineering (Safety, Instrumentation, manufacturing process experts, applications engineers, etc.). This position will help install, maintain, support, and improve site process controls assets and systems. They will also serve as a key resource to support and lead plant optimization efforts regarding capacity, cost, quality, safety, and environmental improvements utilizing process controls techniques.

Suggesting improvements and being active in the general improvement of all systems and methods of work to ensure EHSQ supports activities and services are carried out in a safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and cost-effective manner.
Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency. When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law. The salary range for this position is: $71,000 - $104,000.
