ROLE PURPOSE: EHS manager will primarily drive and support site EHS management initiatives at the Van Buren Plant in line with the global Journey to EHS Excellence. Together with the operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, the EHS manager will improve overall safety performance of the Van Buren plant. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities within the environmental, health, and safety area for the Van Buren site. The position may require the candidate to spend time (20 - 25%) out in the plant.

Suggesting improvements and being active in the general improvement of all systems and methods of work to ensure EHSQS supports activities and services are carried out in a safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and cost-effective manner.
