Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and callouts.
• Must safely wear PPE including SCBA and complete related training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor control panels, alarms, gauges, and trends to regulate process variables.
• Adjust process controls to maintain product specs and efficiency.
• Operate equipment for processing, storage, loading, and unloading activities.
• Identify abnormal conditions, troubleshoot, and communicate concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine rounds and minor maintenance within training scope.
• Record operating data accurately in logs and electronic systems.
• Issue and close safe-work permits after proper training.
• Perform startups, shutdowns, and emergency procedures as required.
• Comply with PSM, environmental permits, and company procedures.
• Use PPE; work with operations, maintenance, and supervision to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain safety and environmental stewardship as a core value.
