Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in process control, automation, or related field.
• 5+ years’ supervisory or management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of networks and PLC systems.

• Drives continuous improvement within mill processes.
• Conducts routine safety audits to ensure compliance.
