Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and act on alarms to correct problems.
- Develop and maintain PM procedures and documentations.
- Coordinate third party contractors and vendor work.
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) for hardware/software changes.
- Own system failure metrics and improve reliability/availability.
- Lead hardware/software changes and multi-year migration plans.
- Provide application support and training for Process Control.
- Participate in incident investigations and support CAPEX projects.
