Job Highlights

We are seeking a Process Control Engineer to join our team and collaborate with the Regional Process Engineering and business teams. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance on existing continuous and batch manufacturing processes, as well as identifying areas that need process control optimization utilizing real-time data management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing facilities to identify and implement process control solutions that improve plant operations, efficiency, and throughput
• Optimize plant processes through automation and development of control schemes
• Collaborate with the Global Competency Center (GCC) to support deployment and utilization of digital solutions such as Advanced Process Control, Control Loop Monitoring, TrendMiner, and OSIsoft PI
• Support capital projects on process control concepts and instrumentation technology
• Collaborate with the Global Process Control Technology organization to create and maintain corporate standards
• Support manufacturing sites in Safety Lifecycle activities as it relates to process safety

Requirements

• Chemical or Electrical Engineering Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate experience with Allen Bradley PLC, ABB, and Emerson DeltaV DCS Configuration
• Advanced operations experience
• Experience with basic project execution
• Experience in Functional Safety Management
