Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to help run the day-to-day operations of a business unit by turning data and processes into actionable improvements. The role focuses on operational rhythm, financial visibility, and continuous improvement across daily activities.

  • Experience working with cross functional stakeholders to support shared operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support business unit or functional management review processes by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Support revenue, profit, cost, and expense performance analysis to improve business visibility and decision making
  • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis in partnership with finance and business leaders
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and improvement of business processes, controls, and procedures
  • Support analysis of key initiatives and operational gaps, helping teams prioritize and execute actions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to support consistent processes and deliverables
  • Track operational metrics such as process performance, audit readiness, or satisfaction measures where applicable
