Job summary

  • Ability to use operational metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.

The Role

Your role

In the Data Center Management role, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of data center facilities that support critical customer environments. This role focuses on day‑to‑day operational excellence, facilities readiness, and coordination across technical and facilities teams to ensure availability, performance, and compliance. Success is measured through uptime, incident prevention, audit readiness, and the consistent delivery of operational outcomes aligned to customer requirements.

Who You Are

  • Hands on experience with power, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring systems

  • Ability to coordinate cross functional teams during operational events and planned activities

Preferred skills and experience

  • Experience supporting customer facing or managed services environments
  • Familiarity with capacity planning and lifecycle management for data center facilities
  • Experience preparing for and supporting internal or external audits
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure dependencies within data center environments
  • Certification or training related to data center operations or facilities management
