Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Knowledge of chemical properties, manufacturing processes, product formulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements.
• Experience supporting process improvements, SOP development, and system enhancements.
• Strong collaboration and communication across R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and manufacturing-related software systems.
• Flexibility to support manufacturing operations, including occasional weekend work.
