Job summary

• Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements.
• Experience supporting process improvements, SOP development, and system enhancements.
• Strong collaboration and communication across R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and manufacturing-related software systems.
• Flexibility to support manufacturing operations, including occasional weekend work.

Hiring Range: $56,900.00 - $89,320.00 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, chemical engineering, process management, operations research, or a related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical properties, manufacturing processes, product formulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement effective solutions that improve efficiency and product quality.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and the development of standard operating procedures.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Research & Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment, Microsoft Office applications, and manufacturing-related software systems.
• Flexibility to support manufacturing operations, including occasional weekend work and schedule adjustments as business needs require.
