Job summary

The Process Chemist at TPC Group partners with production and operation teams to ensure unit performance and product quality standards are met. You will provide technical and analytical expertise for assigned process units and support continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role you will drive safety in the laboratory, participate in site safety programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and optimize unit performance with data-driven

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and relevant experience in process chemistry or analytical labs.
Experience with QA practices and process safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures safe and reliable operation in the lab, driving high safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams for chemical processes.
Lead and support QA activities including SQC/Calibration programs and LIMS-related tasks.
Develop operating procedures and train staff on testing methods.
