Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2-year technical/trade school degree or minimum 3-years experience.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and electrical installations (MCCs, transmitters, HMIs, relays, PLCs).
• Ability to write calibration procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and calibration on process control systems (PLCs).
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment and process automation systems.
• Write calibration procedures from vendor documentation.
• Ensure changes follow MOC and are tested prior to production loading.
• Contribute to project/improvement teams and small projects under supervision.
• Perform physical and cyber security maintenance of control systems.
