Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Automation seeks rising and recent engineering graduates for the Automation Genesis program - Process Automation Engineering Track. Six months are in Mason, OH, followed by placement at a DI Automation hub or customer region, including Alpharetta, GA, and other locations based on business needs.

Phase 2 runs 12 months, deepening technical expertise in industrial process control and hands-on commissioning.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: program designed for early career, credentials before start date.
• Available to start full-time on June 7, 2027.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in instructor-led training, workshops, and projects to master Siemens DI Automation portfolio.
• Design, implement, and test DCS apps and MES for greenfield or expanding facilities.
• Identify and document system requirements from PFDs, P&IDs, electrical schematics, or control logic.
• Create test specs, run simulations, and demos to verify against customer requirements; support commissioning.
• Collaborate with project teams and customers through the project lifecycle, supporting proposals and estimates.
