Siemens Digital Industries Automation is seeking rising and recent engineering graduates for its Automation Genesis program – Process Automation Engineering Track.
The first six months are based at Mason, OH, with subsequent placement at one of our DI Automation hubs or customer regions, including Alpharetta, GA; Elk Grove Village, IL; Chicago, IL; Harleysville, PA; Lebanon, OH; or Detroit, MI based on business needs.

We are looking for rising and recent engineering graduates for our Automation Genesis program – Process Automation Engineering Track. The first six months of this position will be based at Mason, OH, with subsequent placement at one of our DI Automation hubs or customer regions, including but not limited to Alpharetta, GA; Elk Grove Village, IL; Chicago, IL; Harleysville, PA; Lebanon, OH; or Detroit, MI based on business needs.
This program, comprised of two phases, is designed to prepare you for impactful application engineering roles within Siemens Digital Industries Automation. The journey begins with a 6-month intensive onboarding phase that combines structured training with hands‑on project work to develop your expertise in our Digital Industries Automation portfolio, accelerate your understanding of our business strategy and core processes, enhance your professional skills, and strengthen your engineering and project execution capabilities. Phase 2 is an immersive 12-month, during which you'll deepen your technical expertise in industrial process control, gain hands‑on experience with engineering and commissioning large‑scale systems, and refine customer engagement skills. Upon successful completion, you'll transition to a designated full‑time role as an Application Engineer on one of our Process Automation Engineering teams.
