Job summary

Qual IT Resources is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to monitor KPI for ECU production assembly lines, analyze skills, and develop/executing training while mentoring maintenance staff. You will drive defect reduction, support the team, and lead improvement projects to address root causes of equipment failures.

The ideal candidate has electrical and mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and solid PC productivity skills in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 Year technical degree or 7+ years work-related experience.
• Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and give directions for troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of equipment failure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines.
• Analyze maintenance skill sets and develop/executing training; mentor maintenance staff.

Job description

This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing/executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff. Focusing on improving maintenance troubleshooting and execution.

Primary responsibilities include assisting with defect reduction activities, maintenance staff support and training, improvement projects, and root cause/countermeasure activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would be motivated to learn and enjoy teamwork, have electrical and mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, time management skills, prioritization skills, and strong troubleshooting ability.

Proven ability to lead and give directions for troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of equipment failure.

Knowledge of PC’s and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Etc.).

2 Year technical degree or 7+years work-related experience.
