Job Responsibilities

• Perform checks and inspections of equipment, conduct regular clean-up duties, obtain quality control samples, and assist with troubleshooting process-related problems. Complete and sign checklists for each shift.
• Conduct Area Inspections in the assigned plant area and submit signed and completed reports at the end of each shift.
• Work in elevated heights, walk, climb stairs and ladders, shovel, sweep, and communicate via radios with team members.
• Operate equipment and tools as needed, including electric and pneumatic jackhammers, impacts, hand tools, poke bars, scrapers, air lances, forklifts, and skid steers.
• Inspect belt lines, rollers, water and oil flows, bearings, motors, drive belts and chains, hoppers, chutes, ducts, mechanical linkages, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
