Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Process Assistant for Grocery Fulfillment Centers. You will support and mentor teammates while helping manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises across shift operations.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 49 pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays. Expect to work 40 hours weekly with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
