Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Port Angeles, WA, is hiring for a Rural Super Rural (RSR) role. You will help optimize labor, support delivery associates, and drive efficiency across remote locations. The position starts with a 5-week paid training at an operating site, with travel accommodations provided by Amazon.

You will work with the team to meet performance targets, learn standard operating procedures, and grow through coaching on safety and leadership. Overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor allocation, lead team meetings, and assign job duties with precision and empathy

Requirements

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience
• Awareness and willingness to use OPEX tools and techniques
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization
• History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals
• Experience leading teams
• Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment
• Organization and time management skills
