Quaker Houghton in Los Angeles seeks a Process Application specialist to provide expert process and application support to customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use and performance of products in diverse manufacturing environments.

You will partner with Sales, Key Account Management and Technical functions to identify improvements, support trials, conduct technical audits, and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction and cost savings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in chemistry/engineering or related area; 10+ years preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the focus area (MWF/Metal etc.).
• Strong English communication and MS Office skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert process and application support to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve complex technical or application issues escalated from the field.
• Develop and implement best practices, testing methods and guidelines.
• Partner with Sales, KAM and Technical teams to identify improvements and support trials.
• Conduct technical audits, prepare reports, and share findings with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs related to trials, customer satisfaction, cost savings and resolution.
• Ensure adherence to EHS, quality and compliance standards; maintain documentation.

Job SummaryThe Process Application role is responsible for providing specialized product and application expertise to support frontline sales, business development teams, and customers.
