Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years experience in systems, process analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
• Knowledge of merchandising processes, retail math, KPIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You bring a team-first attitude and flexibility to adapt as needed.
