Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Statistician – Process Analytics in Swiftwater, PA to support the MSAT Data Science Flu team. You will help interpret study results and define critical process attributes for validation, contributing to robust manufacturing and testing for vaccines.

You will apply DOE, SPC, and quality-by-design principles while communicating findings to Manufacturing & Supply and QC teams. The role includes training and collaborating across sites to drive process excellence.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of quality by design, process control, and design of experiments
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an understanding of team culture and stakeholder relations
• Quantitative skills including programming and working with data beyond academic settings

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of critical process attributes for process validation
• Communicate and interpret study results within the platform or project
• Implement instructions on new/improved processes to appropriate audience
• Promote statistical thinking across teams to reduce variation and improve processes
• Provide input and gap analyses related to Quality/Regulatory guidelines on process control
