Job summary

Sanofi Swiftwater, PA is seeking a Process Engineer to provide process engineering services to assigned projects and support on production floor troubleshooting. You will be SME for equipment and processes, guiding design solutions that meet user and quality requirements.

You will manage many deliverables with deadlines, collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement, and drive commissioning, qualification, and startup activities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering; chemical preferred.
• 4+ years process engineering in life sciences or vaccine manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and CQ activities (GMP).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities and serve as SME for equipment and processes.
• Develop technically sound process equipment concepts and scope.
• Specify and design process equipment and manage vendors as needed.
• Develop CQ documentation and support commissioning/startup.
• Collaborate across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and CI.
