Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, NY seeks a Process Development Engineer III to join the PMPD SBST Analytics group on-site. You will lead analytical method development, transfer, and troubleshooting to advance bioconjugate programs from development toward commercialization.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with internal teams and CDMOs, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. with relevant chemistry or biology background
• Hands-on analytical method development for bioconjugates, antibodies, or small molecules
• Experience transferring methods to internal/external labs and troubleshooting
• Analytical leadership for bioconjugate programs
• Strong written and verbal communication; data presentation to diverse audiences
• Experience drafting analytical methods and regulatory reports

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical testing, method development, and characterization for bioconjugate process development
• Lead analytical deliverables: method development, transfer, training, and troubleshooting
• Communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Author procedures and reports to support program timelines
• Improve workflows, data digitization, and sample management
• Maintain lab safety and compliance
• Scout and implement new high-throughput analytics technologies
• Mentor peers and junior team members
