Job summary
Regeneron is seeking a Process Development Engineer III on-site in Tarrytown, NY to lead analytical method development for bioconjugate programs and support method transfer to internal and external labs.
You will act as the analytical lead, design robust methods, troubleshoot, interpret complex data, and communicate actionable next steps to diverse audiences while collaborating with bioconjugation teams and CDMOs to advance programs to development and commercialization.
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD with relevant experience in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on analytical method development for antibodies, bioconjugates, or small molecules.
Responsibilities
- Independently design and execute analytical testing, method development, and characterization for bioconjugate process development.
- Lead analytical deliverables: robust method development, transfer to internal/external labs, training, troubleshooting.
- Interpret complex results and communicate actionable next steps to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Author development and characterization reports and ELN entries to support timelines.
- Drive and optimize workflows: documentation, data digitization, sample management.
