Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• US citizenship required.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mapping and analyzing current business processes across Technology Delivery programs.
• Collect and interpret operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Support development of process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate changes.
• Participate in pilot projects and lifecycle tracking initiatives.
• Help build dashboards and reports using Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Contribute to standardization of terminology and data collection practices.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to strategic pillars such as lifecycle management, ROI, and compliance.
