Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a Procedure Support Tech I to join our perioperative team. This role supports the operating room by inventorying, cleaning, assembling equipment, and assisting with case carts and patient preparation under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe procedural environment, transporting patients as needed, and contributing to a professional, respectful care setting.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support (AHS BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Inventorying, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and maintaining operating room equipment.
• Positioning patients and preparing for procedures; assist with case cart preparation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly procedural environment and transport patients as required.
• Serve as a productive member of the operating room team to support safe and effective patient care.
