Responsibilities

• The Procedure Support Tech I performs patient and non-patient functions under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse.
• Inventorying, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, maintaining operating room equipment.
• Positioning patients and patient preparation for procedures.
• Assists with case cart preparation as needed.
• Transports patients as required.
• Contributes to a clean, sanitary, orderly procedural environment and to a safe, professional, respectful patient care environment.
