Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the Procedural RN role in the ASC department. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure safe patient care, and support day-to-day operations in a 2 OR, 14-staff environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing resources and budgets with the Nursing Manager, and collaborating with physicians to maintain high standards of care. GI lab support may be required at times.

Qualifications

• RN with supervisory experience in a procedural setting.
• Prior OR/ASC experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GI/pain procedures and physician relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned nursing and unit-based personnel to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, productivity, and staffing in the ASC.
• Assist Nursing Manager with policies, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide nursing care as needed and maintain competency standards.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in shared governance and quality/performance initiatives.
