Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Waxahachie is seeking a Supervisory Nurse Procedural RN for the ASC. You will supervise nursing and unit staff across two ORs, overseeing day-to-day operations and staffing for a 40-hour workweek. No on-call, with occasional GI Lab support at the main hospital.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, teamwork, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a procedural setting. Prior supervisor and OR/ASC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with an associate degree required.
• 2 years of RN experience preferred or required.
• Experience in OR/ASC environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned nursing and unit staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and productivity.
• Assist Nursing Manager with budgets, policies and governance.
• Provide nursing care as needed.
