Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred
• License Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate required. ACLS required for some specific clinical units.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and nursing judgments to assess needs and plan care.
• Coordinates care and leads staff to deliver safe, efficient patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with health professionals and communicates effectively with patients and families.
