Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
• State license as a professional nurse in good standing.
• English proficiency for direct patient care per VA standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in managing complex procedural care.
• Coordinates patient care across the continuum with discharge planning.
• Delivers care for inpatients and outpatients undergoing endoscopy procedures.
• Performs pre-procedure assessments and educates patients and families.
• Documents interventions and communicates findings to the team.
• Maintains equipment and supports on-call shifts per facility protocol.
