Job summary

Saint Luke's South in Overland Park is seeking a Materials Associate Procedural to manage materials flow across the hospital, starting at 6:00am on weekdays. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, auditing, and delivering supplies, with emphasis on surgical carts and procedure readiness.

The role requires attention to detail and familiarity with inventory systems; prior procedural or medical supply experience is a plus. Day shift, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orders, tracks, stocks, audits, and delivers materials and equipment throughout the hospital.
• Performs MMIS receiving transactions with handheld/iPad and desktop applications.
• Complete replenishment of par locations through replenishment methods including picking orders and filling empty bins.
• Requisitions supplies from central stores and maintains inventory locations.
• Prepare for surgeries by pulling procedure carts and pick sheets.
• Assist in supply chain projects and reorganize inventory locations as needed.
• Audit inventory locations for compliance, cleanliness, and proper storage.
