Saint Luke's South in Overland Park is hiring for a Materials Associate Procedural. This full-time role involves ordering, tracking, stocking, auditing, and delivering hospital materials and equipment.

You will perform MMIS receiving transactions via handheld devices and desktops, replenish par locations, and support inventory projects. The position emphasizes attention to detail in a fast-paced hospital setting, potential cross-training, and safe handling of supplies.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Procedural experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Orders, tracks, stocks, audits, and delivers materials and equipment throughout the hospital.
• Performs MMIS receiving transactions using handheld/iPad and desktop applications.
• Complete replenishment of par locations through par replenishment methods.
• Requisitions commodity/central store supplies.
• Participate in stock put away and maintaining a clean environment.
• Follow up on order issues including miss picks and substitutions.
• Pull procedure carts/pick sheets for surgeries.
• Assist in supply chain projects and inventory organization.
• Audit inventory locations for regulatory compliance and safety.
• Operate motorized pallet jacks if required.
• May cross-train in other materials management functions.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
