Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the GI/Pulmonary Lab at St. Luke’s Medical Center. You will care for adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting endoscopic procedures including colonoscopies and EUS.

A collaborative team emphasizes safety, compassion, and high-quality care. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, applying the nursing process, and ensuring a positive patient experience across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
• 2 years of Med/Surg, ICU, ED or 1 year perioperative nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Contribute to safe patient environments and high-quality care through evidence-based practice and clear communication.
