Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Procedural Manager to lead clinical support in Imaging Nrsg Support-Hosp. You will oversee unit operations, assign patient beds, perform rounding, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced perioperative environment.

The role requires BSN, RN license, BLS, and 1–2 years of clinical experience in a procedural area. Schedule is 7:00am–5:30pm, four days a week, with self scheduling and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

BSN required; RN license in state of practice.
BLS required.
1–2 years clinical experience in procedural area or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversees unit operations to ensure smooth patient care and appropriate bed assignments.
Performs daily rounding on patients and staff to ensure quality care.
Manages safety, retention, and staff support while coordinating with physicians.
Coordinates quality initiatives and budget/resource management as needed.
Develops staff through coaching, evaluations, and opportunities for growth.
Facilitates governance activities and leads staff meetings.
Ensures scheduling, time cards, and supplies are managed for optimal productivity.
Acts as a real-time resource to staff and physicians for problem-solving.
