Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage Procard processes at ETSU.
• Supervise the Procard Coordinator and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with various units to enhance Procard efficiency.

Skills

Knowledge of University purchasing policies and procedures

Knowledge of Procard Bank

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Ability to generate monthly reporting

Ability to supervise Procard Department staff

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing

Ability to exercise sound judgment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
