Job summary

Foot Locker in Sparks, NV is seeking a Problem Resolution associate to handle problem cartons, customer returns, data entry, and non-standard receipts in the warehouse. You’ll help ensure all cartons and inventory are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

The role is 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. You’ll use RF scanning devices and standard warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematics, and analyze data as required.
• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device, Microsoft Surface/Computer/Beumer PC interface, and SCI to identify problems and fix errors.
• Recognize and communicate recurring issues to Lead, Utility, and/or Supervisor, including monitoring for increase of problem cartons.
• Put away overages, fix inventory discrepancies, and cycle count Speed Cell locations.
• Prioritize tasks to meet goals within set time limits.
• Use knowledge about divisions, SKUs, and sizes to complete tasks.
• Use knowledge about PO, PPC, and product description to complete tasks.
• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Follow daily procedures and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.
