Foot Locker is seeking a Problem Resolution associate for our warehouse. You will handle problem cartons, customer returns and data entry using RF scanning devices and SCIs to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions, participate in drills and communicate in emergencies.
• Willingness to stand, walk and lift weighted boxes as needed.
• Ability to read, write and perform business-related mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Stand at the problem resolution station.
• Operate RF scanner and Microsoft Surface/Beumer PC interfaces to identify issues.
• Communicate recurring issues to Lead, Utility or Supervisor.
• Put away overages and fix inventory discrepancies.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of divisions, SKUs and sizes to tasks.
• Follow safety procedures per company/OSHA guidelines.
