Job summary

FORTNA seeks a Problem Manager to identify and resolve recurring incidents across automated material handling systems, coordinating cross-functional RCA and CAPA actions to prevent recurrence. The role partners with Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to improve system reliability.

The position requires strong RCA skills, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to manage complex issues spanning software, hardware, controls, and networks in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in technical support, software/automation engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years investigating and resolving complex production incidents.
• Experience leading RCA and CAPA initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Problem Management for recurring incidents across WES/WCS/WMS and integrations.
• Lead structured RCA sessions and formal documentation (KEDB).
• Develop CAPA plans and track closure with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Incident Management during active incidents and drive post-incident reviews.
