Job summary

The role provides technical, administrative, and clerical support to probation officers, including file management, investigations support, and coordination with collateral agencies. Open Until Filled; salary range CL 24 ($44,701 to $72,654) with starting pay commensurate with qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of specialized clerical/administrative experience.
• Experience using word processing, data entry, or report generation software.
• Experience in a legal or court-related environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case file reviews and update supervision records; assist with collateral requests.
• Format, edit, and finalize reports and correspondence from rough drafts.
• Complete forms for submission to the court and perform CJIS-related tasks.
• Open/close and update PA CTS records; retrieve and report information as needed.
• Participate in staff problem solving and help optimize office workflows.
• Provide general clerical support including phones, mail, travel, and supplies.
