Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED with 5+ years in criminology, psychology, social services, counseling, or related field.
- Preference for bachelor's in Criminology, Psychology, Social Services, Counseling, or related field with 5 years probation/pretrial experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide probation/pretrial supervision to individuals on our caseload.
- Develop and monitor 1:1 case plans with follow-up actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and refer identified needs.
- Coordinate referrals and services for clients.
