Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in probation, parole, or related corrections work within Missouri DOC or similar settings.
• Four or more years of vocational/social services or related corrections fields with a valid driver's license.
• Credit hours from an accredited college may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate offender environments for courts and Parole Board and prepare reports.
• Counsel offenders at home, work, or confinement; attend court as needed.
• Assist with vocational/educational planning and coordinate with agencies and law enforcement.
• Prepare statistical reports and participate in investigations and committees.
