State of Tennessee is seeking a Probation/Parole Manager (PPM) in Nashville to supervise Probation/Parole Officers in the Davidson County district. The role directs daily operations, ensures documentation quality, and enforces TDOC policies with a focus on accountability and evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate will lead fieldwork, evaluation of staff, and coordination with courts and agencies while maintaining readiness for enforcement and emergency response.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of professional experience in probation/parole, counseling, social work, investigations, or law enforcement.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• MVR screening prior to employment.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision and coaching to Probation/Parole Officers.
• Manage caseloads and staffing to ensure TDOC policy compliance.
• Review officer documentation, investigations, and reports for accuracy.
• Lead staff meetings and support onboarding and training.
• Oversee field operations including ride-alongs and home/community visits.
• Ensure risk assessment tools are applied correctly and consistently.
