Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to offenders.
• Experience with evidence‑based practices in community supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult offenders and perform criminogenic risk/need assessments.
• Refer offenders to treatment programs and monitor adherence to transition plans.
• Assist offenders with employment and community reintegration, and document activities.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports for releasing authority; supervise on‑site and in the community.
